Founder & Principal
Deena Imamura
Deena is a certified Instructional Designer, Learning & Development leader, and Organizational Development practitioner with over 15 years of experience. Her expertise spans multiple sectors, including aviation, education, hospitality, e-commerce, retail, and government. Driven by a passion for leadership development, Deena founded Kizuna Leadership to cultivate effective, empathetic leaders across industries. She specializes in creating impactful training programs and fostering organizational growth. Deena holds a Bachelor's in Sociology from Western Washington University and a Master's in Hospitality Management from Cornell University. Based in Los Angeles, she draws on her broad experience to support the unique needs of Kizuna Leadership's clients.

Adrianna is a certified DiSC professional and experienced Learning & Development expert specializing in leadership training, executive coaching, and organizational development. With a background spanning multiple industries, she excels in learning design, facilitation, and employee relations. Passionate about empowering individuals at all levels, Adrianna helps clients develop critical skills for professional success. Based in Tarzana, California, Adrianna holds a Bachelor's in Psychology from Chapman University and a Master's in Human Resources from Brandman University.

Casey is a seasoned Learning and Development professional with over 10 years of experience in people management and training, with a strong background in tech, startup, and retail environments. With a passion for leading remote teams, piloting innovative projects, and instructional design, Casey has developed a reputation for excellence in learning and development, leadership development, and training program management. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Azusa Pacific University in English Language and Literature, and resides in Tacoma, Washington.

Oshie the Corgi
With 7 years of experience in life (and treats), Oshie brings her expertise in snack management, tail-wagging enthusiasm, and work-life balance to Kizuna Leadership. As Chief Treats Officer, her primary responsibilities include ensuring the office is stocked with tasty incentives, boosting team morale with belly rub requests, and taking the lead on all afternoon nap initiatives. A tri-color Pembroke Welsh Corgi by breed, but a true leader by nature, Oshie is always on the lookout for the next squeaky toy and an opportunity to brighten someone's day. When she's not hard at work, you can find Oshie perfecting her fetch skills or curating her collection of squeaky toys.
